Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms — By accessing timewheel.co.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use our services, a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) will govern the engagement.

2. Use of Website — You may not misuse this website for unlawful activities, scraping, or distributing malicious content. All intellectual property (design, content, code) belongs to Timewheel Internet Pvt. Ltd.

3. Services & Payments — Custom development, SaaS, automation projects are quoted individually. Invoices are payable within 15 days unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

4. Limitation of Liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timewheel is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our website. Total liability limited to fees paid in prior 3 months.

5. Governing Law — These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
