TIMEWHEEL

Digital Marketing Intern

MarketingInternship

You'll join the Marketing Team as a Digital Marketing Intern and work across the full funnel: social media, paid ads, SEO, email, and content. You'll plan campaigns, create posts and creatives, measure what actually moves the numbers, and improve from there, all under the direct guidance of the reporting manager.

What you'll do

  • Plan and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Create posts, short-form video (reels, shorts), and simple graphics in Canva or similar tools.
  • Help set up and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google.
  • Support SEO: keyword research, on-page basics, and content optimization.
  • Write and send email and WhatsApp campaigns to our lists.
  • Track reach, engagement, traffic, and leads, and report what's working each week.
  • Research trends, competitors, and formats, and turn them into campaign ideas.
  • Work with the product and sales teams to turn launches and offers into campaigns.
  • Join daily updates with the reporting manager and complete tasks within deadlines.

What we're looking for

  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and how brands grow online.
  • Basic understanding of social media, ads, and SEO (from study, projects, or your own pages).
  • Clear, correct writing in English and Hindi.
  • Comfortable with numbers: able to read a dashboard and spot what changed.
  • Organised enough to keep a campaign schedule and hit it.
  • Willing to learn, take feedback, and try again.

Good to have

  • Canva, Figma, or basic Photoshop.
  • Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
  • Basic understanding of analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Search Console).
  • Experience growing a page or running a campaign, your own or someone else's.
  • Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with email tools or scheduling tools like Buffer or Later.

Compensation

₹5,000 – ₹10,000 / month stipend

Credited on the 1st of every month. One-month probation, then extendable based on business needs and management approval.

Questions

Before you apply

Students, recent graduates, and self-taught marketers. If you've run ads, grown a page, studied digital marketing, or just understand how brands win attention online, you qualify. A formal marketing degree is not required.

Yes. The stipend runs from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 a month depending on your performance and the scope of work you take on, and it's credited on the 1st of every month.

No. It helps, but it isn't required. You'll be supported on campaign setup and optimization. What matters is that you're curious, comfortable with numbers, and willing to test and learn.

The first month is a probation period. You're assessed on the quality of what you deliver, attendance and punctuality, how you communicate, and how quickly you pick things up. If it works for both sides, the internship extends.

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role is hybrid, so you'll be at our Eureka Coworking office in Mate Square on onsite days and remote on the rest. You need to be based in Nagpur.

No. It doesn't. The internship is designed to give you real, measurable marketing experience across channels, and it can extend based on business needs and management approval, but permanent employment is never guaranteed.
